About Katelyn: Katelyn Hufe is an attorney at Hogan & Vandenberg LLC. She focuses her practice on immigration law, but also has experience working in family law. Katelyn's practice focuses primarily on deportation and removal defense, asylum, family-based petitions, waivers, U-visas, special immigrant juvenile and domestic-violence related cases. Katelyn has experience litigating appeals both before the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") and before the circuit courts of appeal. In addition to individual immigration cases, Katelyn has experience representing businesses in obtaining visas for specialized workers. Katelyn received her BA from the University of Delaware’s Honors Program, and graduated cum laude from the Earle Mack School of Law at Drexel University in 2011. After majoring in Foreign Languages & Literature and completing study abroad programs in Spain and Italy, she is proficient in Spanish and Italian.
Katelyn is an active member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the Philadelphia Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. In 2013, she co-chaired the committee for the AILA Philadelphia Chapter’s Annual CLE Conference and served as a co-speaker for a panel on waivers at the Welcoming Center for New Pennsylvanians.

About Mark: Mark practices mainly in the areas of Business immigration and compliance, however handles all areas of immigration law. He currently serves as Chapter Vice Chair for Pittsburgh and has been active in AILA's National day of Action for a number of years. He has a BA and MA from Carnegie Mellon University and studied law at the University of Pittsburgh.
